About the Event

This online programme will take place in three 3.5 hour blocks over 3 weeks.

Adventures in Systemic Coaching will support participants to further develop their systemic facilitator stance, highlight systemic questions, and recognise words and phrases that indicate a systemic exercise is called for. The course will also introduce further systemic coaching structures to enable clients to create insights and resolve issues.

The focus will switch between individual work and team activities in order to be relevant to team coaching and individual coaching settings. Teams need to have an understanding of the system they inhabit in order to navigate competently, we will explore systemic methods to enable them to do that.

With the current context front of mind, there will be an eye toward demonstrating you how this work can be done both in person and virtually.
